Outdoor Water Solutions has an experienced management team with proven success and expertise in the retail and wholesale channels.

Randy Meier, CEO, has over 25 years in retail and distribution and was President of one of the fastest growing paper supplies manufacturers in the country, DMD Industries, growing this business into a leader in its space in 5 short years.

John Redd, President, spent almost 20 years at Monsanto Company, a global leader in the agricultural industry. He was a part of the Monsanto general management and senior level marketing teams, having been responsible for the Roundup brand, Wheat and a portfolio of other products throughout his career.

Christine Meier, VP of Marketing, has a talent for meeting the needs of the consumers and an uncanny sense of what is needed but not provided to them in the market place. Christine comes with 14 years of retail experience and previously was part of the team at WalMart as a buyer.
